How To Cancel WebYes Accessibility Subscription

To cancel the WebYes Accessibility subscription, follow the steps below.

  1. First, go to the Account settings by clicking the profile icon.

  1. Then click on the ‘Billing and invoices’ option as shown below.

  1. After selecting the billing option, scroll down, and you will see a ‘Manage subscription’ button. Click on it.

  1. Then, scroll down the page, and you will see a ‘Cancel my plan’ button. Click on it to proceed.

  1. Then click on the ‘Continue to cancellation’ button as shown below.

  1. You can select the reason for your cancellation on this page, and if the reason is not listed, you can choose ‘other’ and type in your reason. Alternatively, you can skip this step if you prefer not to. Then click on the ‘Continue’ button.

  1. Then click on the ‘Proceed to cancel’ button as shown below to cancel your plan.

Then you will see a message box stating that your subscription was cancelled, as shown below.
