How to Cancel WebYes Subscription

To cancel the WebYes subscription, follow the steps below.

1. First, go to the Account settings by clicking the profile icon.

      2. Then click on the ‘Billing and invoices’ option as shown below.

      3. After selecting the billing option, scroll down, and you will see a ‘cancel plan’ option. Click on it.

      4. Then a pop-up will appear, and then click on the unsubscribe button to cancel your plan, as shown below.

      If you want to switch plans instead of cancelling, refer to ‘How to upgrade or switch plans in WebYes’.

      If you want to delete your WebYes account, click on ‘Contact support’ on the same page (Billing and invoices) as shown below.

      Type in that you want to delete your account as shown below, and your request for account deletion will be sent to the support team. Later, you will receive an email stating your account has been deleted.
