In WebYes, user roles determine the actions you can perform within the platform. Permissions are managed at the organization level, allowing users to have different roles across multiple organizations—for example, an Admin in one organization and a Viewer in another. This guide provides a detailed breakdown of the access rights associated with each role.

AdminAdmins have all the permissions a viewer has, and an admin also has the following permission:

Account OwnerAccount owners have all the permissions that a Admin has, and an admin also has the following permission:

* Make payments and handle subscription
* Initiate scans
* Create organization
* Add sites to the organization
* Add users to the organization

* Change the roles of users

WebYes allows users with higher privileges to modify the roles of those with lower privileges, ensuring effective organizational role management. For example, an Account Owner has the authority to change the roles of Admins or Viewers, granting or restricting access as needed. This hierarchy helps maintain control over permissions while enabling flexibility in assigning responsibilities.
