How to Change the Role of a User

WebYes lets you assign roles to users when you add them. However, there may be times when you need to update a user’s role later. To make this easy, WebYes provides a simple way to do it. This guide explains the steps to change a user’s role in WebYes.
Note:
- Only Admins and the Account Owner can change a user’s role.
How to Change the Role of a User
Step 1: From the WebYes Dashboard, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account settings.
Step 2: Locate the organisation where the user whose role you want to change is listed.
Step 3: Click the pencil icon next to the user whose role you wish to modify.
Step 4: In the modal, select the new role for this user and click Change role.
