Changing the Role of a User in WebYes

It also improves security by limiting access to sensitive features and minimizing risks associated with unauthorized changes. As teams grow or project requirements shift, role changes help align responsibilities. WebYes allows you to change user roles when you need them. This article takes you through the required steps to change a user’s role in WebYes.

How to Change the Role of a User

The Roles a user holds are organization-specific. This means that changing the role in one organization will not reflect in another. The admins have to change roles in each organization. Follow the below-mentioned steps to change the roles of a user in a selected organization.

Step 1: From the WebYes Dashboard, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account settings.

Step 2: Locate the organization where the user whose role you want to change is listed.

Step 3: Click the pencil icon next to the user whose role you wish to modify.

Step 4: In the modal, select the new role for this user and click Change role.
