Adding an Organization or Website

Businesses grow and often acquire new domains or subsidiaries. An automated auditing tool must scale to handle such expansions seamlessly. WebYes allows you to add multiple organizations and websites. This guide teaches you how to add a new organization or website to your account.
Note:
- Only the Account Owner and Admin(s) can add sites and organizations.
- Free accounts can have only one organization and one site.
Steps to add an organization to WebYes
Step 1: From the WebYes Dashboard, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Organizations & Sites.

Step 2: Click the Add new organization button.

Step 3: In the popup, type in the organization name and click Add.

Adding a new website to WebYes
Step 1: From the WebYes Dashboard, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Organizations & Sites.

Step 2: Click the Add new website button.

Step 3: In the modal, select the Organization (if applicable), and enter the Website name (optional) and the Website URL. Click the Add and scan button to complete the process.

The tool will automatically perform a full website scan when the website is added. If your scan fails, please refer to our troubleshooting guide.
