Adding an Organization or Website
Last updated on 06 November 2024
WebYes works for everyone, whether you have a few websites of your own or manage many for your clients. As your work grows, you can easily add new organisations and websites. This guide teaches you how to add a new organisation or website to your account.
Note:
- Only the Account Owner and Admin(s) can add sites and organisations.
- Free accounts can have only one organisation and one site.
Grouping websites into organisations has the advantage of user access control. You can add users based on their roles or remove users at your discretion. When you add a user in one organisation, they won’t have access to websites added in other organisations. To know more about adding and removing users, refer to Add or Remove a User from an Organisation in WebYes.

You can also add a website directly to an organisation by clicking on the ‘Add website’ option under an organisation when there are no other websites present, as shown below. It will directly assign the organisation name when you are adding the website.
